Cooperating with the organization of IHSAN for relief and development, the General Organization for Seeds Multiplication performed the project offered by ACTED Organization to support the middle-income peasants in the rural areas of Idlib. The project included 11 villages with a total number of 1,000 beneficiaries were divided as follows:

Where three joint committees of the General Organization for Seeds Multiplication and IHSAN Organization made field rounds (trips) to all the targeted project villages and a meeting has been held with the beneficiaries in local councils where the needs of each beneficiary for agricultural materials were discussed separately. The General Organization for Seeds Multiplication has offered the available materials it has, which included (fertilizers, hybrid vegetable seeds, agricultural equipment) through labeling cards (brochures) showing the technical specifications of the presented material and how it can be used in a scientific way. The beneficiaries briefed on the labeling cards and each beneficiary wrote down his needs of agricultural materials on his own card with a purchasing value of $ 140. The card was signed by both the beneficiary and the admin of IHSAN Organization and the multiplication agronomist. The required materials were collected by the farmers in each village.
